I got 22mpg once... When the 80 was on the back of a flatbed. Do the math, the 80 gets 12mpg and the flatbed gets 10mpg =22mpg! :hillbilly:

Thanks Roger, Thats what I thought. But all fluids good. Maybe a bad sensor that is not doing it's thing until everything is up to operating temp? Oil is fresh Rotella.

Coming on in the morning after it has warmed up and driven for a few minutes. Fluids are all good. EDIT- it goes off after a couple minutes. Does not come on after sitting for 8 hours at work. Any ideas? Sent from my iPhone using IH8MUD

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I was thinking Al's or Line-x, I guess it will come down to pricing when I go to buy it. Like I said. I don't do any heavy wheeling, just light trails and overlanding. I don't want to sink $1500 into a paint job, and I want something durable that looks good.

Thanks Atlas, I have to wonder about the weight (I have thought about it). In reality, it is only about 2 gallons to do the whole rig, right? I'm sure that the liner weighs slightly more than regular paint, but how much? Twice as much? Even then, you might only be adding 70-80lbs TOTAL to a...
