Great write up thank you. From what I can figure out you should use Teflon/PTFE insulated wire rather than the regular silicon or pvc insulated wire because the corrosive effects of the gasoline.

Good used transmission from a 1995 land cruiser fzj80 for sale. Transmission is in good condition, removed because the engine died and am now doing LS swap. 135K miles on the transmission.

The headers you chose have 2.25" outlet whereas your original engine headers had a 2.5" outlet. Are you not concerned with the loss of performance by restricting the exhaust or is this of no concern?
I'm considering installing two batteries from under the hood to where my spare used to be. Main reason would be weight. For the sake of argument a battery weight 50 lbs so thats 100 lbs from the front to the back.
I would be installing the AGM batteries on their sides in suitable reinforced...
There's no OEM or aftermarket tail light guards for a FZJ80 to be had anymore or at least I cant find them if there is. Does anyone have a picture or specs for the the tail light guards so that I might make my own.

Thank you all for your inputs. A chap called me insisting he needed 4.11's for his FZJ80 but alas mine were 4.10's (95 FZJ80). I was sure he was mistaken and your responses suggest same.
I've read some of the other threads on this but can someone confirm the FZJ80 sometimes came with 4.11 ratios as well as 4.10 ratios. I was selling my 4.10 3rd members but a guy called me looking for 4.11. I guess I was just really surprised.
