be aware that wiring also different. your signal and brake light wire have to be swapped. At least in my case it was that way. (OEM prado from Japan)

Just a suggestion, check your engine mount. the one with rubber. I got cracked on my cat both side near manifold. welded twice, replace brand new both side and the passenger crack again (new). Then I replace the two engine rubber mount. It works for past 4 months now.

Who’s been running Ironman FCP’s the longest? Any Complaints?

I bought it pre-assembled. when it was warranties, they were built at IM. somewhat glad that I bought it pre-assembled to take out any issues with warranty. Ironman is good at customer service. I am now on this new front coil set for >5k miles without issues so far.

Who’s been running Ironman FCP’s the longest? Any Complaints?

got mine FCP going for 3rd year with less than 20k miles. drive great, dampening seem to be awesome when now I run no swaybar. recently found out FCP is also consider "extended". No leakage on strut as I am moderate offroad/overlanding. Rear struts been on the entire time with 2" lift and one...

    Has anyone trussed the 8"?

there were some idea to do CBPL plus solid spacer to keep it tight after 10+ years on road. However, due to my grenade rear 8" diff, I think it will be just matter of times if you have the following: 1. weight heavy in your rig 2. bouncing of rear while trying overtake obstacle: you may prevent...

I like BFG but after trying out Wildpeaks and now on Kenda, I have no regret. I do know BFG is good, but got bad experience with it on rain (paved road) and noisy when it wears at 1/2 tread...

how stiff is too stiff for a macpherson strut on overlander

I love to know details on what you mean "eat your tie rod". I just recently upgraded to 35s but has not "wheel it yet in true offroad" My tierod has already upgraded to beefier one (not the tienobo, not sure what it is but got it used and much thicker than my oem one). I still keep my OEM...

    KDSS Spacer Kit

after my 11 FJ 8.2 swap with modified KDSS mount point, my panhard is straight and no longer rub with the rsb mount. I believe i gain back the droop from oem plus some more. I still have the Treaty oak road installed but no PCK.

It does cover the cat. if you can I'd go steel if you wheel hard or may hit rock.

Builds GXOR or Bust! GX470 w KDSS Build

if you have pck+treaty offroad, you dont need ironman. ironman panhard is new for 470 with kdss with spacer. I would save your money on that rear mods and think hard about changing the rear 8" to 8.2". if you dont want and keep the air suspension then please spend money to do CBPL with...

    KDSS Spacer from Treaty Oaks

Here are some photos of the spacer on the rear. The front has not installed yet. The rear axle housing is from 2011 FJ 8.2 with custom welded Jeep bracket to support KDSS sway bar mount. It finally cleared the panhard rubbing at kdss swaybar and also adding additional .5"-1" droop from...
