Just a suggestion, check your engine mount. the one with rubber.
I got cracked on my cat both side near manifold. welded twice, replace brand new both side and the passenger crack again (new).
Then I replace the two engine rubber mount. It works for past 4 months now.
I bought it pre-assembled. when it was warranties, they were built at IM. somewhat glad that I bought it pre-assembled to take out any issues with warranty.
Ironman is good at customer service. I am now on this new front coil set for >5k miles without issues so far.

I love to know details on what you mean "eat your tie rod". I just recently upgraded to 35s but has not "wheel it yet in true offroad" My tierod has already upgraded to beefier one (not the tienobo, not sure what it is but got it used and much thicker than my oem one).

after my 11 FJ 8.2 swap with modified KDSS mount point, my panhard is straight and no longer rub with the rsb mount. I believe i gain back the droop from oem plus some more. I still have the Treaty oak road installed but no PCK.
if you have pck+treaty offroad, you dont need ironman.
ironman panhard is new for 470 with kdss with spacer.
I would save your money on that rear mods and think hard about changing the rear 8" to 8.2". if you dont want and keep the air suspension then please spend money to do CBPL with...
