Just bought your app, seems to be very good quality, and between the 4 Runner and Taco, it's close enough to my truck for me :clap:

The 3.4 is physically (at least outside of the block wise) the same dimensions as the 3.0. It ends up needing a little clearance on the firewall due to the intake. A 1 inch body lift takes care of this very nicely. There is a little wiring involved, but it's not too bad. From what I've heard...

The 39,000 lb rating could a rolling load. Or a frictionless load, I've seen both ratings on some industrial winch/hoist motors that I've encountered.

Thanks for the response. I kinda figured it would be okay with the 10 mounting points. I'm pretty new to winches still, although I did have a grip brand farm store winch on a Samurai when I was 16. However, it came on it when I bought it, and it's mount was welded to the frame and the bumper...

I'm pretty new to the whole winch world and looking at building a winch mount for the truck (94 ExtraCab). I have a C-Channel mount that came with the used winch I bought. It looks as though I could use it, and some 1 x 3 x 1/4 angle I have and make a bolt on winch mount. I have no idea if...
