I have a 1991 4Runner at 215k and no problems. I run 33in tires on 4.56 diffs. No speed demon, but when I went to and front New Mexico over the summer I got 20.56 mpg there and 21.06 mpg on the way back. My hg was replaced, but I wouldn't hesitate to take it anywhere.
