The Toyota dealer body shop custom fit the Toyota logo into the center cap space however it was not too difficult to do they used a standard Toyota Tundra center cap and modified it to fit.

Yes the 20 inch rim can be used with no problem I had mine installed upon purchase from the dealer and I used the Michelin LTX 275/55R-20 tires and it is a great ride I added 3 pictures here.
