Just jumping in on this thread. My VGRS light has come one, my steering wheel is out about 70 degrees from centre. It's a 2003 4.7 RHD with 107K miles. I only have the very old, basic techstream. It gives me a code of C1289 which makes no sense as its' not related to VGRS as far as I can see...
