Well I figured it out,:idea: Feeling kinda stupid...Take a guess..... This all started when I broke the short side Birf...I am gona wait untill I can afford 30sp Longs so I took a used one I had laying around and installed it so I could use the truck and not tie up my Lift...the nabors...

I don't know!! Poser and I spent a couple hours on the phone last night and could not figure it out.... Everything looks and tests OK... but It did not work, I guess I will put it all back together a second time and see what happens... unless someone has a better idea??

:beer: What I meant is that when the hubs are in "4x4" the drive shaft should turn when you roatate the tires. If you lock out the hubs and drive down the road the front axles and drive shaft turns. Mine does not turn. I can pull the boot aside on the twin sticks and see the front...

I don't know what I have here. A couple of weeks ago I broke a Birfield (Longfield Birfield Problem thread). Well I got it back together and now the front locker doesn't work, I mean nothing! Before when I ran it with the hubs locked the driveshaft would turn, now it doesn't. The pump works...

I don't think those Optima's are all that! I had a set, the first one lasted 18 months, the second one died the following season. I switched to commercial grade truck batteries, alot less money, has lasted twice as long and still going... :beer:

Other than some obscure Posts on Pirate4x4 it doesen't look like the SM420 is compatible with the NP203. Novak Conversions outright says that on their websight. If I was going to use a 4sp Atlas I could use the 420 but I am leaning toward the Lovell 357. Which means I will need a doubler, and...
