The job was pretty easy and straight forward. The cable was the problem, and the speedo is as stable as ever with the new one. Thanks for the help!

I appreciate all of your help on my AC/Heat fan speed thread! Now it looks like I need to replace the Speedo Cable on my 1991 Toyota chassis motorhome (1-ton Dually Toyota pick-up.) I have never replaced a speedo cable on any vehicle. Can anyone walk me through it on my Toyota? Thanks!!!

I had the dealer look up the part off of the VIN so I'm assuming it's the 4-speed resistor. I'll check when I pick up the part today. Thanks again for the help, I'll let you guys know when I get it installed.
