    wiring diagram for 4.3L vortec??

    Painless Painless wiring has certain adapters you will need to install the 4.3l. They also sell a entire wiring harness if that will help at all.

    Trying to Justify the possible installation of 1998 4.3L Vortec

    I am now the proud owner of a 1964 FJ40 that was owned by my parents in the 70's. I have the original F engine but I also have a rebuilt 1998 4.3L Vortec out of a Chevy Van. I also have a NV3500 5 speed tranmission. I would have liked to install a 350 but I already have this engine. Any Ideas?
