I mean the spot weld only super sucks if you break a u joint.. And don’t have a cut off wheel. 5 minutes and you can enjoy your trip. 🍺 But the safety wire is a better idea.

If I worked on my landcruiser as much as I think about working on my Landcruiser I could have built 3 of them.

I guess I didn’t realize I doubled up..

Dropped the trans last night (literally, it fell off the jack) at 10:42.. managed not to wake the house or get squished. Swapped the clutch fork and need to find time to poke everything back together. I’m going to sacrifice some sleep this week as I need to make bounds to get it drivable...
