This is to be a daily driver. It probably would be used for an annual trip somewhere cool like Colorado, Big Bend, or Arkansas. Think light off roading/camping. I wouldn't lift it or change tire size. Just straight up stock with the possible exception of adding a SLEE front bumper and a winch.

It sounds like your bleeding method is flawed. From what I understand you are pumping the pedal several times while the bleeder valve is open. This will result in air being sucked into the system on the backstroke of the pedal going up. There was a post above that had great instructions...

What sort of voltage drop do you have, if any, across that device? Do you run an additional cable from your main battery to the device, then another cable to the 2nd battery? What is the small wire coming from the bottom of the box? Is that something vehicle related, or a sensing wire run to...
