Check the SE Michigan mechanic thread below - confirmed cruiserhead and a positive report from @Mi60cruzr about a shop in Monroe: Ragnarok Motors. Dennis is the person to speak with.
If you find someone competent at the Ann Arbor dealer please post - I'd be shocked but you never know.
Good luck!
Not sure if you're already doing so, but you could look in Ontario too, I have an open search on Kijii (the site all Canadians use to buy/sell cars), now and then something interesting pops. I believe LHD 70 series were sold in Canada for a brief window in the 1980s. Kijiji Autos - New and Used...
Mine was also leaking on the firewall side so I completely removed the deflector flap & shaft, and used one gasket since the intake was fine. I asked the machine shop to plug the holes while they had it.
A while back I had the clutch replaced in my 60 by a shop in Dexter: Haas Transmission. They didn't hesitate to take the work, did a great job at a fair price.

Hey @Crush 4 , I think that was me asking about your short bus a while ago - but I'm all set now. Good luck finding someone local, looks like a sweet deal!
Count me in the zip tie to @Outsane bracket converted, this fix feels like it will last. Got your USB switch inserts and cup holders too, awesome products!
I had a couple of stubborn ones that wouldn't budge, cammed-out, stripped. Heat and a left handed drill bit was the magic combo that worked for me (after trying everything you've already tried).
