RAD look clean but not sure if its blocked took the cap off when it stiill warm lots of coolant flow out form the RAD maybe its not flowing but when run on higher rmp its seem to flow not sure how to check the thermostat and fan cluth is this a commom problem? i am lost!!!

no loss of coolant and no bubbles but its runs cool when coming down the grade or highway speed or normal driving its only runs hot when engine understress

it runs hot when going up steep grade or in traffic with the a/c on or towing dont know whats wrong just got the coolant flush and its still runs hot any suggestion would help thanks in advance
