You can just add your own "wiring harness" to your cruiser just for the door locks/windows and mirrors. You can run your own wire to feed the master door lock switch, then to each of the door locks from there. same with the window controls except you need a hot feed at each one as well. Just...

I have seen this high speed "Park-Trick" on some searches, thats the next thing to try. But it still shifts kind of oddly after its warmed up as well too. Very bummed about the thought of tranny do-over:frown:

cable seems perfect....pulled it a bit and it sprung back in to place. the tension seems great. i havent tried to adjust it yet, but i dont think thats the prob. anything else......:frown:

No luck with the trans. Flushed/new fluid and it still is shifting poorly. If I floor it, it shifts but its not the best way to go about driving everyday! Any more ideas before I decide to rebuild/replace?:confused: Anyone know of a good place around here? Either a good shop to drop off for...

Not a 60 but.... On my fj62 the drivers window had the same problem. Got jammed up about 4 inches up and would not go any higher. Turns out the window guide/track on the front side has a rubber seal which the window travels between to keep it lined up/sealed and from rattling. Mine had popped...

MHTARSTON, I checked mine, and it doesn't connect to anything. Its just hanging there as well. Maybe future options on the harness? Your truck is looking great1 btw, what condition are your 62 grill/headlight housings...I may be interested if they are in good shape. ~CB~
