I think the 23300P* is the filter itself and the 91621-60620(2)* is the 10mm bolt that connects the filter's bracket to the frame of the truck. I am trying to hunt down the 14mm bolt that joins with the 19mm fuel filter itself. Thanks guys.

Can anyone post a part number for the 14mm nut/piece? I can't locate the number in the schematics I'm seeing. Thanks!
