Yup. That's what I was looking for. If I can get a replacement for $60, screw the headache of retapping all four. They broke off way down there. After 3 weeks of PB Blaster-ing it knowing it was going to suck ass. :lol:

Son of beach. Sheet. Anybody else have all 4 bolts on the t-stat housing shear off??? I've heard of issues with one or two, but dayum, not ALL of them! I need inspiration (and most likely, parts). edit: Is it worth trying to drill the s*** out, re-tap it, etc, or just...

Ended up with a combination of heat and beat (liberally) and cutting and grinding and drilling and welding. Man what a pain in the ass. I'd rather have my back broke laying in hell before I tackle that again. :lol:

That's where I was going next. Just wanted to make sure there wasn't some clever little trick to popping them out. What's relaly making this fun is this particular truck spent a lot of time running the beaches of NC....lots-o-rust to deal with. Thanks for the heads up.

How do you get that damn thing out of there? The shackle end is no problem but the hard mount end is not cooperating a bit. I've been searching on here for over an hour and can't find any info. It's a stock FJ62 with broken springs. Trying to put in new ones and these damn bolts are giving...
