I'm running 285/75/16 BFG's on mine with stock rims and an OME 2.5" lift. No problems at all.

I had a bad spark plug wire. Replaced the plugs and it still ran rough. While it was running, my mechanic saw a spark plug wire fire up. Replaced the spark plug wires and no more rough idling.
