Wow, for that sort of money you would think they would strip & clean the whole pump so it looks new. When I had my pump rebuilt for $1500 aus dollars the thing looked new again.

I wouldn't agree with that comparison either..I haven't had any drama smoking some stock 1HDT's. My 1HZT is no slow revver.

I would like to see the difference with a nicely ported head and G-turbo & boost , to a stock one as well.

I wouldn't bother doing manifold mods either on a 12HT ..3" exhaust & boost , ip tweak.

Yes correct..I read it too quickly. He wanted less boost than the actuator..I usually want more boost than the actuator, hence the bleed valve. But yes your minimum boost pressure is going to be based of your actuator pressure.

Bite the bullet and put the Holset HE221W on it, it's a proven performer & resell the turbo you have.

I would be rebuilding the 1HDT before doing an LS swap.
