your TT's are sitting 15mm higher than my ome, youre unloaded and i have a 120l of fuel and gear and add a leafs though (same shackles)...

primer pump, fuel filter gasket and soft line to it as well as the bleed nipple itself are areas of most common air intrusion, next old rubber return line cracked or unseated and a bad water/sedimenter sounds like something didnt get tightened or failed from moving things around
