TOYOTA PIC OF THE DAY POST

Sounds familiar,.. but it’s not likely insurance for 5 would be less than insurance for 3.

TOYOTA PIC OF THE DAY POST

I wish... let me know if you figure out how. 99% of the time I'm the only one who drives and insuring three vehicles sucks. Two of our vehicles are the companies which helps slightly... but no insurance savings there.

    2010 Tundra 5.7 RCSB

Welcome to the dark side.... one more 5.7 Toyota convert. I know the feeling of accelerating past 90 mph with no top speed in sight... Ha Ha Ha.

I didn’t realize they still sold trucks with manual crank windows. A neighbor of mine had his lifted Exploder stolen while his wife was driving it in Vancouver. He filed a police report and called them every few days to ask if it had been found.. After a few calls they told him to stop calling...

Depends on if it’s a Home Depot Lincoln or more expensive one. Seen a few lately for around that price.

It needs a rear axle out of a Tacoma or something. Haven’t done the research to figure out what’s have the right axle length, but the easiest way to fix the wonky rear driveshaft would be a disc brake Toyota axle with a centred diff. Definitely a few screwy things like a but front driveshaft...

I've got two great vehicles that both have EFI... they have been incredibly reliable vehicles. The Prius with 5 computers does scare me slightly. I have some concern that I'll have to scrap a vehicle because some computer or some sensor is no longer available. I got around a NLA vacuum retard...

Likewise.... too rich for my blood for an old car. I also wouldn't buy new. I'll keep all my cars till they are as old as my 40 is now if I can. Although it's hard to say if we'll still be able to buy fuel in another 30 + years.

Are my rear doors a unicorn?

BTW, Newer stock roll bars have a slightly sharper bend in the rear bars than '74-'75 roll bars which will allow for extra clearance with the handle.

Are my rear doors a unicorn?

    1) I swapped on an ‘81 hardtop to have the rear kickout windows. I find them very beneficial. 2) with four rear doors rather than just ambulance doors, you don’t get the ease of climbing in after opening a single door. At that point I’d rather the less obstructed view through a hatch and only 3...
