I'm pretty sure that is the mounting hole for one of those plastic fender guards. I have the window surround to replace the one with the rust spots. I have the other TRD sticker. Never could decide whether I liked it or not, so I never put it on.

I had one from outta state back out. One who had a job loss in the family, that had to back out. Nobody has even seen the rig in person and it's been sold then not sold a couple times. No biggie. The holidays are a terrible time to put it out there. I don't have to sell it so if it stays...
