Genuine and I'm completely satisfied. Nappa would be great option if doing all three rows. The standard leather texture matches OEM better and I didn't do the second row, so better match.

Ridies front seat set installed this week (seats, headrests, armrests. console, rear map pocket). @Ridies set took 4 weeks from order to delivery. Thanks to @bhamnole for recommending The Trim Shop in Birmingham, AL for the install. Really impressed with fit and finish of the Ridies product...

I saw that one listed in Orlando... Been on the market a while and I figured for a reason. The spotty history steered me a way; that and the poor communication with the 3 different people trying to sell it (multiple FB marketplace ads).

So did you purchase the vehicles with rust issues sight unseen? It's very easy to detect this problem with a physical inspection or even appropriate photos. It seems like you could avoid rust problems by buying vehicles that have not lived in rust prone states.

I like your RAM mount install... I'm considering duplicating this, but I will be using my Hondo Garage Big Squeeze tablet mount. If you haven't seen their mounts (phone and tablet); they are the best currently available for off-road purposes. I've owned RAM phone and tablet holders as well.

Seems consistent with the market right now. If it were my money I’d buy a LX570 with 200K miles with that budget. If you really value the low miles and are set on the 470 then jump on it.

Mileage was/is 235K, vehicle is at shop where I had the work done. I can't pick it up for a few weeks. My pre-purchase inspection was basically done via facetime. Crazy world, crazy times.
