i found wear marks on the bottom edge of the backing plate. after I filed it down a bit, the noise is almost completely gone. will the rotor eventually wear in enough to have the sound disappear entirely?

it's time for me to replace my bearings so I figure I'll replace everything involved while I'm in there - all the nuts, washers, gaskets, and maybe even the flange to mitigate the clunk. I've seen the awesome list...
do you think it's necessary to buy new camber adjustment bolts? or just reuse them if they aren't terribly rusted? I got all new nuts for those bolts. but the dealership didn't have 4 new bolts.
oh ok so the 2 camber adjustment bolts that go into the UCA don't even get moved during an alignment? why do you need to get an alignment after replacing the UCA then? I lined up my martchmarks perfectly.
I just installed new upper control arms and am about to take it to an alignment shop. is it standard practice to torque the nuts at ride height? that's of course what I did, but do the alignment shops know to do that?
