We are going to be pulling a TT ( GVWR 7400 lbs) on a long trip this summer and Im worried about the Trans temps in the 200 while towing. I have pulled with it once now right before the end of last season and I cut our trip short because I was worried about the pan temp running consistently at...
Yes the res is mounted according to instruction, the photos are of the driver side, the passenger side is not as severe. It does not hit at full lock on level ground, it appears to make contact when turning over bumps or compressed.
The dealer was just able to get it all green on the alignment but just barely, I was told if it was any higher I would need to upgrade the UCAs. The tires are 285/60/18 Nitto Terra-Grapplers AT, I know different brands of tires don't come out true to size and that may be the case here.

Hey everyone,
I installed Icon front coils /remote res and cdcv vales, I have the coils set pretty low height wise, maybe 1.25" over stock height and I noticed that the front tires are rubbing the reservoirs near full lock. Im currently running stock size tires and and stock wheels...
Linux, Tech, and Bloc, Thank you. This has made me look at this from a different view point, I am not super new to new IFS but have run coil sprung Jeeps for years and always disconnected the sway bar for offload use. I think some that old straight axle tech that I was used to has made me...
Well I guess when I install the springs I'll try taller on the passenger side first then swap if I need to, not that big of deal. My lean on the stock suspension is low on the driver side and if I dont adjust it every few weeks it gets real low, to the point it looks broken. I dont know, I just...
So I haven't swapped out a y of the suspension yet, it's still in stock form with approximately 140K on the odometer. I have a set of Icon remote res with the CDCV valves for the front and OME 2721 rear springs. Like I said none of this is installed yet but maybe it is just a bad spring. I'm...
So I have had the lean upto 2 inches at a time to the driver's side. I tried the method described in the video by driving up on the boards with no luck. I did jack up the truck on the driver's side and then release the valves. I could hear the hydraulic fluid move through it and that did make a...
I get it, and I lived with it for awhile but my OCD couldn't take it leaning 1 1/4" to one side. Im just happy I was able to get it much closer to level on my own and no expense.
I did this three days ago so not that long ago, but the vehicle has not reverted yet. I feel somewhat same as you, the truck does not have a lift on it now. I did buy the vehicle last Sept but did not notice the lean until I got home from a 9 hour drive back. I don't know why it would lean in...
I know this is an older thread but I want give an update, the lean is gone! I just wanted to post up what worked for me incase someone else searches this same issue. So I had followed the instructions of the Australian guy on youtube to letter multiple times to resolve the leaning issue with no...
I took the part into the dealer with me and going off of the exploded view at the parts counter I can see the line and the connection but it does not offer or show a clip. We did order 90460-46005 but it was not correct, this part was a clamp for the filler neck. The exploded view below is the...
So I had to replace the sending unit in the tank and since the fuel pump does fit through the access hole inside I had to pull the tank. One of the lines underneath that needed to be disconnected was a vent line that runs from the tank to the evap canister and the clip connecting the lines...
The sending unit is bad on our 2008 125K so Im going try to do this in our garage without dropping tank. The weather is going to get crappy here this weekend and I don't want to mess with trying to do it outside. I also have a 4th Gen 4R and I didn't know they were prone to this issue, I may be...
