    Mine doesnt have them either. That large plate is for a warn m800/m10000 roller fairlead. I guess according to arb you are suppose to run them with the roller style as it provides some rigidity.     yeah, I was looking at those spots thinking, man that is a very wimpy recovery point,then after some research, I found it's actuall;y designed for an atatchment arb makes for jacking with a hilift.     I cant quite see the mounts, but looks very similar, btw, fyi, those places you have the shackles are not recovery points.. They were not designed for it, they are designed for a hilift jack adapter that arb sells to lift off the bumper if you didnt know link to the part...
