    Thanks for all the help. Got her done! It ended up spitting out a Code 64 on the O/D light indicator. I replaced the Lock up Solonoid and the #1 Shift Solonoid and the problem is GONE! Pan was completely clean. It is a '94 and I have 236,000 miles on her. She runs like a CHAMP again...
