Hi, new member here. Still trying to familiarize myself with this place, but I guess I post the intro here? Anyway, I had a '93 f350 7.3idi back in the day. I was restoring it slowly, until it went into limp mode. I spent around 6k on a new...
While others are modding up, I just finished out getting this rig to base spec! 😆 Only options remaining on it are the premium stereo and alarm system...
It is virtually impossible to ship those mouldings without damage, unless it is from Toyota to the ordering dealer. In that case there is no freight charge.
Question,
Does anyone know of any other models that had a rear bench seat?
Also what size tires would you guys recommend for a vehicle like this without flares. Anyone running a similar setup with photos of their rig?
Good day, mud,
The purpose of this thread is mainly to document the journey of this Land Cruiser. I unexpectedly bought this LC when I drove it up from Melbourne, FL a couple of months ago. I was driving it to my home in TN, to perform a...
From the article, talking about earlier models "After the engine, the only other notable value-add is if you’re dealing with one that had the optional front and rear locking differentials, which most folks will just say is a “triple-locked” 80...

I'm going to stay out of the conversation on where this vehicle has spent its life...but to the OP, I get it. I picked mine up on BAT 3 years ago...did I pay a premium, most likely, but I got a great rig out of the deal that I plan to keep for a...
What turn signal "connection" point are you referring to? You haven't indicated front or rear.

EmKieth skid/bracket all done.

Haven't updated in quite a while. On the '93, head gasket surgery was a success, the annoying whistling sound was finally (after ~ a year...) found to be caused by a small hole in the lowermost hose on the S/C, transmission solenoids...
Chipped away all the old sound deadening as it was impregnated with oil and permeating thru the carpet. Installed new stuff. Took forever! Spliced the wiring into a junction box where it will split to the diferent lights and trailer wiring from...
It's definitely rare, and I would argue that the US spec "poverty packs" are less in number than what was manufactured for the rest of the world. The interesting thing is that we have varying levels of USDM poverty packs in the US. I keep a...
