Check that the cam is still turning, as well as previously mentioned fuel cut solenoid. Jump power to the solenoid wile it's unplugged from the system first.
I'm almost willing to bet it is probably running about 25 ish psi idle and in the neighbourhood of 60-70 high speed with those readings from the factory gauge. You should be bragging .... Most of us dream of those numbers, however the 1hdt when hot usually hovers at 15-18 idle and 45-55 high...

Maintenance issues are an owner issue not the cruisers fault. Doesn't matter what you drive, you don't look after it, it will eventually tell you when it has had enough neglect and go on strike.

You are 2 calipers, pad set and two rotors ( and one zip disc to trim backing plate) away from waaaaay better braking.
