I don't know if you can really call it a "mod", but my latest order from CDan showed up today. I've read a lot of complaints on the OEM cup holder, but honestly it looks great for cans of soda, small water bottles and certain travel mugs, so I thought I would give it a try:

Another small mod, but one that is important to keep the clean side of me sane: I also installed some LED's in the dome lights, man what a difference that makes.

Made a few changes today: Installed some 285/75/16 Treadwright Guard Dog's (MTR knockoff retreads). Never used these before but read a bunch of reviews on different forums and no one seemed to have any problems. It's amazing how small this truck can make 33's look. The road noise isn't bad...

I'll work on getting the interior pics. Carpet is immaculate, it looks brand new, the two front seats show the normal wear, no tears but definitely used. They will need to be replaced at some point but it's more fun to spend money on other things right now.
