Looks good, and the price on your website seems reasonable, too. Any thoughts/plans on doing a passenger rear quarter (or full rear quarter panel set) on the 80? The idea has bounced around for years, but I haven't seen anyone produce one yet.

I came up with right about 24" on mine, based on what I can see in the picture you posted. Keep in mind my third row has been folded and compressed for months... but that should be close.

If I recall, it's tapered press fit. I think I used a hammer. But is your vise big enough to use it as a press - put a couple of 2x4 ends just longer than the bushing end in there and try to pop it with the pressure of the vise? Or use a pickle fork? Or hit it with a torch to see if that helps?

I've gotten in with a wood wedge to pry the door and a coat hangar through the resulting gap in the door. Takes a little patience, but doable.

Interested, but curious as to ballpark cost, if you have an estimate yet.
