The 2 wiring setups do the same thing, the Hewitt harness is fitted with factory style plug harnesses with no cutting required. Slyfoxes setup requires cutting and splicing but saves around $100.

Listen to the other guys and just be done with that stupid system.

I'm no detailer expert by any means! But, I've gotten lots of marks like that off of different vehicle with Turtle Wax scratch remover. It's a very MILD compound that will take some elbow grease but will make them all but disappear. I always put a coat of wax on afterwards.

Check your ground wires going to the starter. And hot side too.

It turns with resistance, if I give it a hard flick it will go a little less than a quarter turn before it stops.

The fasteners that attach to the clutch to the fan bracket pulley tight, the fasteners from the fan to the fan clutch are tight. I conducted all of the tests except the paper in the fan test and the clutch passed them all. There is no overheating condition although with temps in the 50's lately...

35K miles original verified. That's why this is puzzling that there is this wobble. Have any of you guys noticed this on yours even with a new/newish fan clutch?

Ok will do, I don't really want to replace the clutch for no reason.
