spent yesterday tracking down the new C rated 285/75r16 K03s. discount tire didn't think they existed at first and I was starting to think it was a typo but they got them ordered for me. C rated is 10 pounds lighter than the E rated version according to tire rack!

the silver ones are a lot less common. the only ones ive seen lately have been pretty far away like phoenix

got a nail in my tire and its where a tire shop wont plug it. going to plug it myself but its probably time think about new tires anyway so I'm looking for decent condition OEM toyota 17s. silver 7 spoke 4runner/fj cruiser wheels or first gen tundra/sequoia. sorta hoping to find somthing soon...

dont have much for specialty tools but I'm pretty good at shootin the s*** while we work on somthing, also have the basic tools and a driveway thats pretty well shaded if anyone needs help with something around Los Alamos

"Does the tiny amount of extended length cause an issue?" yes. your OEM CV joints will bind at full droop, you will need a limit strap or extended CVs. I have tundra length shocks and extended cvs not sure the juice is worth the squeeze, just more $$ and problems to solve for minimal gains...

best part is it never stopped running it just made a noise that I thought was rod knock until I popped the cover open

when mine started misfiring it was a bad wire. I replaced plugs, wires, injectors and all related gaskets/seals. figured it was better to preemptively replace injectors while I was messing with it rather than have one of the injectors that are known to fail at high milage go bad at a more...

thats what a new supercharger is for, cant do all that work then put a boring stock intake manifold back on! ;)
