Where are you located?

Have any of you who have tried to reach out to them, found that they are horrible about responding? I'm basically ready to throw money at them, but they so infrequently respond. It's bizarre! Makes me nervous about actually purchasing from them.

Is the spring supposed to be that extended?

Yes. The guy at ace was nice. He did the blank for the card and the blank for another big fob that I had all for a whopping $18.

Ace Hardware did two for me.

Received mine yesterday and 10 minutes later, i had it working. It took longer to turn on techstream than to program it.

This is what I gather based on the positive reviews from everyone who's dealt with them. The thing is, I've conversed with Paula and someone else previously. My emails/ whatsapp messages have gone unanswered. Kinda doesn't leave a positive taste in the mouth when I'm already skeptical about...

I wish I had the luck that you guys had with this company. I'm ready to buy a bumper from them and no one is willing to contact me. It would be nice if they were on here to see this. Email, WhatsApp, no response. Bueller?

How did you guys pay for the bumper? I received an email and they stated that payment to be made via bank transfer. Normally i wouldn't do this. wanted to see what you all have done

Bump. I have this exact same issue. In the past 10 years someone else just have had this issue as well.
