Solved the issue. Turns out it needed the CEL bulb replaced, fusible links, new 02 sensors, then a new set of spark plugs. Starts and Runs beautifully now.

I understand the risk I am taking, and I understand the nature of o2 sensors. If it doesn't work I'm out $20 and a little work. I put the old ones back in and wait till a later date to get a new OEM or aftermarket set. I don't have emission testing in my area and this is usually not a daily...
