I took the bearings, dust cover and races to a local trailer shop. They were indeed the 3500# trailer wheel bearings. Thank you for the help here.

Cleaned up the bearings again just to be sure and there aren't any additional markings. I will try to take them to a trailer shop today to see if they can help me match them up.

Take the bearings to a trailer shop and have them match 'em up with some wheel bearings. Super simple.

The races will need to be replaced as well. Pop them out and take them to the bearing shop with the bearings.

Thanks, that will be my fall back plan if I can't get a specific part number. The bearings are pretty hammered and falling apart so I hope I'll be able to get accurate measurements if I it comes to that.
