"Nancy" the TLC is going up for sale. I have her listed on eBay Motors as well. Just under 180K miles on the frame. A440 transmission and original transfer case rebuilt at around 176K miles (completed by AAMCO). Interior is clean. Aftermarket stereo with front USB input. Rubber floor mats...
On another note, if I don't sell, I did find that the Mark's 713027-EK kit is $2700 and bolts directly to a Vortec or LS motor w/ wiring harness. I could get that, a decent motor and beg my mechanic to help me on labor. At least then she would run for around $4K. Something to maybe consider.

I'm interested to know what you ended up doing. My main reason is that I'm contemplating selling my FJ62 for lack of funds and time to work on her. If you mate the vortec/LS directly to the A440F, what additional parts are needed besides the wiring harness for the new engine, the engine mounts...
I have the AAMCO paperwork confirming the recent rebuild of the transmission and transfer case. My mechanic confirmed that only the engine was damaged when she threw the rod.
It has been forever since I've been on here. My poor TLC has been sitting since I broke the engine (threw a rod in March of 2021). I have done zero to her. 190,000 original miles on the frame. Recently rebuilt the transmission and transfer case. I am going to need to buy a new vehicle...
Just today I looked at some really nice packages with Dobinson and I think I'm going to go that route. A local friend of mine just purchased an FJZ80 and went with the Dobinson...looks amazing.
I have a custom made rear bumper that splits in the middle and has a tire carrier attached to the...
