Hello fellow Mudders! I dropped my MUD price to $20,000, and am motivated to sell. I know I need more pics of the interior (which looks awesome too!) and will get those up in the next 24 hours. I am excited, and a bit nervous, to put my 1970 Factory Soft Top for sale. The Ebay listing is a bit high and is more pie-in-the-sky. My MUD price is $22,000 and I am very open to respectable offers. This has been a labor of love for almost 5 years. What I felt was out of my reach I got some real pros to help, and teach me the whole way. There is a build thread documenting a lot of the process. Located in Marietta, GA. FJ40 project that was started and is in pieces as of now. Frame has been wire wheeled and coated in POR15. Tub is excellent condition - not a drop of bondo. Any rust spots were cut out and replaced with donor metal. Great starting point to keep original or build up, it is a very original example, as not much of it was ever tampered with. Have the original F engine that will need a rebuild, but a running 2f is included. Also included is a 60 disc brake axle. 95% of the pieces are there to get Ithaca together. SOLD to Rigger........ To make room for other specimens the Land Cruiser Heritage Museum is offering this 1969 FJ40 for purchase. It is a survivor that is remarkably clean considering the age. Original paint, 3 speed column shift, drum brakes, a vintage Ramsey 200R-297 power take-off winch and very little rust (worth a look for the latter alone). The odometer reads 40,519 miles. It would be a fun as-is "survivor driver" or a very solid restoration candidate. 1976 FJ40. seller is offering an all original FJ40. It runs, drives, shifts, and brakes well. 44,000 miles and is in good mechanical condition. Items that need attention include: carb- need tune up, rear brake lights (not wired), rear passenger leaf shackle needs additional welding support, rear tub is in need of repair, rust on bottom of rear ambulance doors, rust on bottom of doors, and the front factory mounted winch is not operational (but original to the truck).
