Realtime help, misfire on cylinder 7 P0307 CEL code. Sitting in parking lot with rough idle, not sure if I should continue driving or not.

Just left gas station and got a new code, this time P0307 misfire #7. I clear the code and it comes right back, engine reduced power. Any ideas? I have another 211 miles until our stop tonight and we’re in the middle of nowhere.

Any suggestions??

Could this be related to my previous P0307?

I should add that it’s idling like crap… definitely something up. Not sure if I should continue driving, may camp in this parking lot if this is a really potential to damage engine type of issue.

A. I hope that’s it.
B. It was a lot of gas… like almost all I could get. Light almost on and Aux empty.

how would I test this theory?

Just called a mobile mechanic and he suggested a bottle of that Heet stuff. I’ve never used it before so idk if it’s worth a shot or not.
