The next day we ran the loop and hit Alamo springs. the trail has been cut back and now is passable ya have to check this one out!! We brought out a brand new 08 fj (newbie to 4 wheeling) to break in his rig, and that it did LOL AZ pinstipes everywhere, as all of you know from running this trail!! he did well and took the damage with no problem.

This is where I got my first real dent on my rocker panel and door literally 20 feet from Mikes place. Back when I was a stock fj without rock rails!

It was a great day I highly recomend checking out Alamo Springs just amazing!! cant wait till next time, after speaking with the Tucson Off Roaders I found out the story behing the jeep flipped and burnt up there. The guy claims it was stolen which it could have been looking @ the damage to the underneith of the rig, but still strange. they are looking to get access from FS to clean up the truck by cutting it into pieces and hauling it on trailers (quite a big task) they said they would include us on the clean up so we shall see!

 stuff Jake, gonna have to put it on my list when I get some free time.

Thanks for sharing

Yeah, its a cool little trail. If you follow it to the end there is only room for about 2-4 rigs to squeeze in and then turn around. It's an offshoot of the Chimney Rock trail.

Check out this trail!! who wants to go on a run??

Love to. This weekend, however, I'll be putting in a new radiator and alternator. I'm bumping up to a 130amp alt to go with those dual batt's. Next week I work on Saturday.
