I live on the eastside in Redmond. My driveway is to steep to do any work. I have the tools, and the cardboard to protect your driveway. This will be the third time for me, but I work slow.... Probably two days.. The last rebuild was done 40k miles ago.

I will help you with your knuckled rebuild if you want to do it at the same time...plus we can reuse my bucket of cleaning fluid.

Preferably on a weekend soon. I have not ordered parts, but it is spewing really good. No long trips till I get sealed up.

I have everything including a seal tool. A floor Jack would be nice, but I have the stock Jack and stands.

I can help you out buddy. My driveway is gravel so even better for the knuckle job. I did my old 60 last year. My 80 doesn't need it yet, but I might join you to do my parking brake pads. My number is 206 229 8318. Give me a call and we can set it up. Brent.

When's this going down? I've got front axle service in my future and wouldn't mind watching/assisting as long as it's sunny out :p

I haven't heard back yet. When I do, I can let you know. PM me your info. Are you in Tacoma Yohavos? I live in South Seattle so not too far away.

I'm in South Everett and would be interested in this as well. I really don't have room to host though, barely enough flat space for one.

Don't know when, I need to order parts in the morning, would this weaken work for you would the 13th be better for you. The more the merrier, it is easier ruining one set of clothes doing multiple airfields at a time. Plus we can use one bucket of solvent so it is easier.

This weekend would be ideal actually because my wife is out of town and I am on call, so I have to be in town and within reach of the phone. I will be out of town next weekend. If you can get parts by this weekend, we could start Friday night or Saturday Morning. FYI, last time I got my kit from Georg at Valley Hybrids (orangefj45) and they were here in three days. Let me know if you want to do this weekend. Anyone else in the area that wants in just PM me and I will give you a grocery list.:p

Moving to PNW

Guys - sorry to hijack this thread..

I'm in Longmont, CO and moving up to N. Seattle (Burlington/Mt Vernon/Sedro area) and looking at houses etc.
I've no idea on what the 4x4ing scene is up yonder and looking for some pointers/info.
Majority of my wheeling down here is either remote camping with family (3-4 days)+trailer in mountains or hunting with falcon on BLM land.
Whats the 'open' (forest land, BLM) land available up there and what kind of trails do ye guys mostly run?
Is there a good number of 80/60/40s up that way? Any good clubs?

Other than my normal 265 ATs (actually Walden AT from ThreadWright) I have a set of Toyo MT (35s) that I'm thinking of selling and bringing my 34" Simex Jungle Trekkers instead as I presume I'll meet more mud up PNW (little to none here in CO)

Feel free to email/call -

PS Howard you moved from Leadville up to PNW?
