Hi! i found this turbokit from germany
CC STORE - CC Turbo Kit 1HZ 14589
they tell it´s only toyota original parts,probably from J8 1HD-T.

have any one experince of 1hd-t turbo on the 1hz motor?

my thought is to buy some used parts and save money:o
it whould be nice to have a list with the toyota part numbers. buy new turbo and fittings and get the other stuff from the junkyard...

I read a comparison once between the aftermaket turbo and the factory type.
The turbos were fitted to 1HD FTE.
According to the results,the factory turbos were smoother and spread the torque over a wider rev range.
The aftermarket turbos gave more HP but they needed higher RPM.

I cant see any problems using the 1HD T turbo on a 1HZ but in Australia finding used turbos and manifolds from a 1HD T is near impossible

the turbo kit on my 1HZ comprises 1HD-T parts. I bought from "All American Imports" in holland - who despite their name are probably the best European LC people! A lot cheaper than CC when I priced it early last year. I have nothing but praise so far,

Judging from the looks and how complete the CC kit is, i'm betting it comes from All American Imports. I've seen more of there sets fitted and i'm almost positive that it's there kit.
I'm another very happy customer from them.

ok,all american imports gave me a better price,but its still a lot of money for me...
i think it is worh it. i will think about it for a couple of days
 
I think CC use 1hd-t intake pipe and AAI uses stock 1hz so it is not the same.

CC turbokit comes whith a new cap to the fuel pump so it can compensate fore the boast.
I think i allready have that pumpcover but it is plugged...
 
Hi, I installed a AAI turbo kit a year ago to my new HZJ71. Its a very easy install, bolt on, and I am very happy with it. I did buy the boostcompensator, it is sold separate from the turbo kit. The 1HZ engine doesnt have this part. Go for it! Dont forget the pyro install!!

nice to hear an other satisfied customer! pyro install?? what is that?? do you mean some kind of exhaustgauge.i heard that it is important to have low exhausttemperatures.below 550 celcius?

so the boostcompensator is not included.I have a plugged hose connection on my pumpcover but if it´s not the right stuff i can get it from toyota here in sweden...

The siliconehose was missing but they shipped it today
I have also ordered some gauges,comming next week.

Unfortunately AAI have cut off toyotas partnumbers and put on their own
