I bought this 87 fj60 almost 1 year ago and it has been a work in progress. It started as an all stock 87 I bought from an older couple who pulled it behind their camper. They bought it from a military guy who originally bought it in Alaska then moved to Florida.

Well here are the mods I have done so far:
SOA using Ruff Stuff kit.
Ford shock towers
All-Pro hy-steer
Marlin Crawler steel braided lines and front axle rebuild.
4.11 3rds
Arb snorkel
Allied 17x9 beadlocks
37x12.50 MTR's

Stuff left to do:
Shocks- just bought bilstein 5125's
Arb's front and rear (eventually)
Longs
Finish rear bumper build by adding tire carrier
Custom front bumper to hold the Warn 9.5ti I picked up yesturday

Pics: 1st 2 are of it stock the day I got it. The 3rd is with the rear soa done to see the difference.

Where'd you get the headlight guards? I need a set of those.
 
you can have mine I am taking them off the couple had them on there before for when they pulled it behing the camper.

To protect my new roundeyes headlights from rocks and other crap on the highways. I can't risk those babies breaking!!
 
the backspacing is 2.5" on the wheels

and Elliott I was thinking the same thing but hey to each his own so he is getting a free pair
 
First off great looking truck, sweet stripe and rear bumper
X2 on the 4x4 logo
Now it may just be me, but, on your dogs chain, on the front where a tag would be....it kinda looks like the modern Toyota emblem...:hhmm:

Oh and SOA with stocker tires.....LOL
