My secondaries wont open and i am unsure if it is hooked up properly.Could someone please take a pic of the setup on the carbie and post it up thanks Ben.

Ben ,most of these guys are in the US and have efi on their 3Fs and their 2Fs have a different Aisan carb.
I have some external pics of my old 3F carb before my diesel conversion.
Which part did you want to see?.

Gday rosco.Mate the secondaries arent opening so id like to have a look at the linkages and the vacume advance if you have them would be great but if not no dramas thanks Ben

The internals,linkages and castings for the secondary are all the same between the 2F and 3F carbs. The only major difference is the 3F accelerator pump is activated by way of a cable and the cast iron base has a different bolt pattern.
(the only reason I know this is because I have Roscos old carb)
That being said, are you sure you are diagnosing the problem correctly? The secondary is activated by internal vacuum at very high rpms and heavy load (around 2,600 on the 2F and not just free revving)
Do a few searches, the info pertaining to the 2F secondary should be able to help you with the 3F.
