I have done some work (not as much as dtt255) and thought I would share. Here are before and after pics.
After
Another angle
and after...
My goal with the lift was improved ride, and enough lift to level the rig out. I basically put a level on the running board until I got it adjusted.
Work done to date:
Tinted rear windows
Third row delete
K&N air filter
TRD 17" rims
33" BFG Ats
Radflo remote resevoir coilovers
Total Chaos upper control arms
On the way:
Engel fridge
Rasta full underbody skid plates
Coming up:
ARB 3/4 roof rack
Rear Suspension - OME Heavy Springs and Bilstein Shox
Thinking about:
ARB Sahara Bumper with winch
Some rear bumper with tire & gas can carrier
Lights...everywhere
Sliders
The ultimate goal is to build a family worthy expedition rig, but keep it light, that is why I am only thinking about Sliders and bumpers at this point. Not sure I want to sacrifice that weight for what could be load and luggage weight. Oh yeah, I wanna make it look a little less Highlanderish
