100 series baseline

I am wanting to baseline my 100 series. It has about 110k on it. I found this thread on baselining an 80. Are there any other things I should be concerned about?

Most of it's in the FAQ, just not laid out like the thread you posted. Do like the other poster did and put that list together for the 100, I'll be glad to add it to the FAQ.
