After searching unsuccessfully for a TJM bumper and then waiting for a long time for Christo's front bumper, I finally decided to go with Mike's front bumper, which I got it customized the way I want. Then I thought I might as well get his rear bumper too. So I called Mike , chatted for a while and everything else just flowed smoothly and last week I got a pallet full of bumpers.

Here's a picture of my front with Manik Bull bar. I know most people say it's a damage multiplier but it has saved my front end in various occasions

Front bumper removed...for those who have not seen my front hitch, here's how I did it. I used to carry 4 bikes on a Thule bike carrier with no problems

Then I had to cut this piece off to slide the bumper to the frame. I just used a rotozip and it was no big deal.

One side cut….then I used a grinder to smooth the cut and painted it with two coats of primer

Other side…..this side was little bit tricky because of the resonator…first I cut it like this and then trimmed it and then primed it..

Close up of the locks…those two squares are for the hitch and for the trailer wiring adaptor

A shot with tire carrier open….I had the option of getting the gas struts or getting a mechanical lock for the same cost….I am glad I picked the struts since the tire carrier is damn heavy with the tire …with the struts, it’s very easy to open and little effort to close

This is not where the license plate supposed to go but I put it in here for better visibility and also it covers the center of the tire..kind of looks neat to me..I need to move the light over here though..

Very true my twin brother..:grinpimp:

I did not want to put any lights in there..I like it plain...

The middle loop I copied from you but my side wings are little bit different from yours..it kind of wrap around the corners in mine..

Cut some holes for driving/fog lights and you could be my twin!

A shot with a driver side swing arm open…I got it like this and later on I will decide what I am going to put on there….options are jerry can/ water can holder, a ladder, cooler box, tool box etc

Is it just me or the pics, but does that front bumper look "bulky". Just looks substantial compared to even ARB and way more then Slee's.

Too bad you gave up waiting on Slee, they released the new bumpers this weekend...

It's not bulky...may be the pictures..

Yes ..Slee released the rear bumper ..not the front...

I really like the rear bumper
