This is how it looks Im not sure for what year.
That's for the split case '60 series PTO's. You won't find that in Canada or the US.
You can try one of the folks that import JDM trucks and parts (G&S Cruiser Parts for instance) or SOR but they probably only have the entire setup.

How does the PTO shifter of a FJ40 3 speed look like? Is anyone selling. I am in need of one.

There is NO rubber boot on the three speed PTO setup. Parts for the three speed PTO shifter as as shown by "M4x40". Basically the only thing is a metal flapper that keeps the shifter from accidentally being bumped into gear.
The boot you posted a picture of is from a '60 series. I have both styles.
