Selling our beloved Land Cruiser! It's in great shape, it's reliable and comfortable.
175,000 miles on the clock so it's just now getting broken-in. The 4.5L straight six has lots of torque and runs smooth. It has full time 4wd with the factory locking differentials (front and rear) so there's nothing you can't get into and out of. Gray leather interior, 3rd row seats (you can fit 8 in this SUV).
Here is a list of maintinance and repairs I have had done:
New brakes front and rear
Tires are fresh and have lots of life left on them
PHH (pesky heater hoses) have all been replaced
Headgasket replaced last year
Valves adjusted
Radiator flush
Transaxle flush
Transmition flush
Lubed all fittings
New battery
Using Mobile 1 synthetic oil
New seat covers
Here is some of the not so good stuff:
Original leather on drivers seat is torn (so I put on some seat covers)
Throttle cable is old so the gas pedal is just a little stiff
Passenger side power door lock sticks sometimes
Front bumper has been hit while it was parked
Rear bumper was also dented by previouse owner
Emergency brake needs a new cable
All in all very normal wear and tear for a Land Cruiser. Chances are this thing will go another 100k miles without needing any repairs. Here is a link with to photos:
