Some pics from my weekend in the Ozark National Forest north of Russelville. I spent some of the time backpacking and bit on the forest roads as well. All trails are around RD 123.

Did you take these along Piney Creek north of Fort Douglas? Looks like an area on the west side of Hurricane Creek Wilderness. Great scenic route...

Great stuff! Love that area. I just led a quick route recon trip up there last month in anticipation of a bigger group run I want to lead up there this fall. My write up.

I made a 9 hour day out of driving from Morrilton, AR back to Spingdale, AR.
I'm not giving up the whole route unless you come drive it with me
Had a blast! Most of it could've been done in 2wd, aside from the short muddy bits, steep up-hill switchbacks, and water fording!
